Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Admissions Counselors based in Noida. The responsibilities of this role include advising prospective students on admissions processes, assisting with program selection, managing inquiries and applications, and guiding students through enrollment procedures. The Senior Admissions Counselor will also engage in outreach efforts, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a seamless admissions experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear guidance and build strong relationships.
• Customer Service expertise to address inquiries effectively and ensure student satisfaction during the admission process.
• Proficiency in Sales strategies to promote academic programs and encourage student enrollment.
• Experience in the Education sector, with a background in admissions or academic counseling preferred.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools and CRM software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, marketing, or related field required. A master's degree is an advantage.

20k to 30k per month+ Incentives Upto 30k
