As an Academic Counselor at linkway, you will be responsible for guiding students toward the right career path, explaining the value of Data Science, Al, and Tech courses, and helping them enroll in industry-leading programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct high-impact counseling sessions with students and professionals interested in Data Science & Al careers
* Pitch Data Science programs effectively, showcasing career prospects, job roles, and salary growth.
Maintain strong follow-ups with potential learners and ensure timely conversions. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance lead nurturing and sales strategy. Provide accurate information about programs, placement support, and upskilling opportunities. Achieve monthly revenue targets through effective career counseling.
What We're Looking For:
* Fluent in English with excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Strong knowledge of Data Science industry trends, job roles, and placement insights.
Sales-driven mindset with experience in B2C education counseling.
Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals confidently.
Passion for helping students build successful careers in Al & Tech.
