Role overview

The Senior Admission Counsellor is a strategic, target-driven role responsible for driving enrollment growth at our Manyata campus. You will manage the full admissions lifecycle- from lead generation and campus tours to application processing and onboarding- while preserving the integrity of our Montessori philosophy. This role blends consultative sales, relationship building, marketing collaboration, and data-driven reporting.

Primary market: Manyata Tech Park employees and North Bengaluru families.

Key responsibilities

Admissions & Enrollment (50%)
  • Manage inquiries across phone, email, website, social media and walk-ins; qualify leads and maintain CRM records.
  • Respond to inquiries within 2 hours during business hours.
  • Conduct 1520 personalized campus tours per month; present Krityam's pedagogy, programs and facilities.
  • Run parent-child interaction sessions and coordinate admission committee decisions.
  • Process enrolment paperwork, fees and onboarding.
  • Maintain an active pipeline (100+ prospects) and achieve monthly/annual enrollment targets (conversion target: 40%+ tourenrolment).

Relationship Management (25%)
  • Build trust with prospective families via follow-ups, consultations and orientation sessions.
  • Support retention & re-enrollment efforts and gather post-enrollment feedback.
  • Represent Krityam in community events, parent groups and school fairs across North Bengaluru.
  • Build referral and corporate partnerships (Manyata residences, HR teams, pediatric clinics).

Marketing & Business Development (15%)
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, admission materials and digital presence.
  • Track lead sources, campaign performance and advise on optimizations.
  • Manage inquiries from LinkedIn, FB, Instagram and Google Business Profile; respond to reviews professionally.

Data & Reporting (10%)
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and segment prospects by interest and timeline.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports: inquiries, tours, applications, enrollments, conversion metrics.
  • Recommend process improvements and create SOPs and communication templates.

Required qualifications & skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (Education, Business, Marketing, Psychology or related). Master's or MBA preferred.

Experience

  • 35 years in admissions counselling, B2C sales or CRM; preschool/school admissions experience preferred.
  • Proven track record meeting sales/enrollment targets.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal & written communication in English; Hindi preferred; conversational Kannada a plus.
  • Consultative sales approach, objection handling and closing skills.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Strong organization, reporting (Excel) and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of early childhood development and Montessori principles (training provided if needed).

Compensation & benefits
  • Base salary 4,00,0006,50,000 p.a. (negotiable)
  • Quarterly/annual performance incentives (up to 20% of base)

  • Regular hours MonFri 9:00 AM6:00 PM; alternate Saturdays and occasional evening/weekend tours during peak admissions.
