Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor based in New Delhi. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing consultation and information about course offerings, and meeting enrollment objectives. The role involves building relationships with potential students, resolving queries, and collaborating with internal teams to align enrollment strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and overall Communication skills
• Customer Service experience with a focus on assisting clients and addressing their needs
• Proven track record in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed enrollment targets
• Knowledge of the Education sector and understanding of student counseling processes
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
