Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor based in Noida. The Senior Admissions Counselor will evaluate prospective candidates, guide them through the admissions process, and provide support to ensure a seamless applicant experience. Responsibilities include communicating with prospective students, understanding their aspirations, providing course details, addressing inquiries, and assisting them in enrolling in suitable programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills are essential for this role.
• Proficiency in providing high-quality Customer Service to maintain strong connections with candidates.
• Experience in Sales, especially in educational services, is highly desirable.
• Background or understanding in Education or related domains is beneficial.
• Ability to build rapport and guide candidates effectively throughout the admissions process.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
