Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Admissions Counselor located in New Delhi. The Senior Admissions Counselor will guide parents and students throughout the K-12 admission process, provide personalized counseling and tailored solutions, and build strong relationships with both families and partner schools. Responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, delivering accurate educational information, and actively contributing to sales and enrollment goals. The role also involves clear communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to create a seamless admission experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with parents, students, and school representatives
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Service and providing assistance to families navigating the admission process
- Experience in Sales and supporting enrollment goals with a customer-centric approach
- Understanding of the Education sector, including knowledge of school admission procedures and K-12 education systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in problem-solving, with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Previous experience in admissions will be an added advantage
