Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Marketing Intern, based in the Mohali district. The Marketing Intern will assist with key activities such as market research, developing marketing strategies, supporting sales initiatives, and enhancing customer service. The intern will also collaborate with team members to execute marketing plans and analyze performance data to optimize strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills and ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to conduct thorough Market Research to identify trends, target audiences, and customer needs.
• Basic understanding of Sales processes and implementing Marketing Strategies to achieve business goals.
• Experience in or aptitude for providing excellent Customer Service and handling inquiries effectively.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
