Senior Admissions Counselor

We are looking for a Sr. Admission Counsellor.

Resposibilities:

• Achieve individual admission targets for online MBA and other DLP programs.
• Guide and support prospective students through the admission process.
• Assist teammates with lead follow-ups, counselling techniques, and closures.
• Manage CRM tools effectively to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smoother admissions flow.
• Maintain a positive, goal-oriented attitude while driving results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech (DLP Experience preferred)
• Must be a graduate in any discipline.
• Should have excellent communication and counselling skills.
• Must own a personal laptop and be comfortable working in a startup environment.
