Role Overview
Drive enrollments by engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable programs. Act as the first point of contact, qualify leads, and ensure seamless handover for Video Counselling (VC).
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with leads via outbound calls using an auto-dialer
- Qualify prospects based on interest, eligibility, and career goals
- Build rapport through consultative selling and effective communication
- Generate interest and schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions
- Collaborate with Admission Counsellors for smooth conversions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria
- 2+ years of experience in EdTech Inside Sales (Study Abroad preferred)
- Minimum 1 year in current/previous organization
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Experience in a 6-day work week
- Proven individual contributor with strong sales performance
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English fluency)
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Consultative selling approach
- High empathy and learner-focused mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
