The Senior Admissions Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process. Primary responsibilities include engaging with candidates to provide program information, addressing inquiries, collaborating with other teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience, and maintaining up-to-date records. The role also involves participating in open-house events, providing application assistance, and meeting enrollment targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

• Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication strategies
• Experience in Customer Service and managing client or student interactions
• Background in Sales or admissions processes, with a focus on engaging and converting leads
• Familiarity with educational systems, institutions, or related industry operations
• Proven ability to meet targets and goals, along with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a background in education or counseling is preferred
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is an added advantage
