10,000 Speakers is a dynamic public speaking community dedicated to empowering individuals, corporate teams, educational institutions, and community groups to enhance their public speaking skills. Our mission is to help individuals speak confidently and deliver impactful presentations in meetings, on stage, or in any public setting. Through specialized workshops, we focus on areas such as confidence building, communication, content creation, voice modulation, body language, and audience engagement. We strive to provide comprehensive resources to help people overcome stage fear and master the art of effective communication.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The role involves guiding prospective clients through the enrollment process, addressing their inquiries, and providing support to ensure a seamless experience. The Senior Admissions Counselor will work closely with the team to manage communication with prospective enrollees, deliver consultations, and actively contribute to admissions strategies. The role also entails fostering positive client relationships and supporting the organization's mission to help individuals excel in public speaking.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to connect effectively with prospective clients and team members
• Background in Customer Service and proven ability to address client needs professionally and empathetically
• Experience in Sales, including the ability to identify client requirements and communicate offerings effectively
• Familiarity with Education-related programs or learning and development initiatives
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and related tools is preferred
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is recommended
