Position: Sr. Admission Counsellor (Sales)
Location: Noida.
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Academic Sales / EdTech preferred)
Salary: Best as per company standards + Incentives.
Potential: To grow/become Manager in 6 months.

Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs.
Convert potential leads into successful admissions through effective communication.
Understand students educational needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
Conduct telephonic/video counselling sessions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales & admissions targets.
Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
Maintain and update CRM records for all interactions.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to optimize admissions.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in admission counselling / EdTech sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build trust and handle objections effectively.
Target-driven, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency with online tools, MS Office, and CRM systems.
