Key responsibilities
- Client Acquisition:Proactively find and acquire new NRI clients through referrals, leads, and market activities.
- Portfolio Growth:Achieve sales targets for various products, including liability products (savings/term deposits), wealth management, and asset-related products.
- Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase deposits, assets under management (AUM), and revenue.
- Financial Advisory:Provide financial advice on investments, insurance, and other banking transactions to meet client needs.
- Cross-selling:Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients to increase wallet share.
- Client Retention:Implement strategies to retain clients and ensure high client engagement scores, while also managing attrition risk.
- Compliance:Ensure adherence to all internal and external regulations and bank policies.
- Sales Initiatives:Support new product launches and participate in promotions and customer events.
