Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate expertise in Senior AR Associate collections activities.
Handle end-to-end (E2E) collections via email-to-email and voice-to-voice (V2V) interactions.
Manage high-volume and complex accounts receivable portfolios.
Resolve escalated customer disputes and negotiate payment plans.
Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, SOX controls, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
Maintain accuracy and timeliness in receivables management and reporting.
