Timing 11.30 am to 8 pm IST

Role Summary:

Handle end-to-end AP for international clients, ensuring accurate

invoice processing, on-time payments, vendor query resolution, and

compliance with US GAAP/UK GAAP/IFRS.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify vendor invoices.

Prepare and execute payment runs.

Maintain vendor master data.

Perform AP reconciliations and month-end activities.

Prepare AP reports and MIS for clients.

Liaise with client teams for updates and clarifications.

Requirements:

Bachelors in Accounting/Finance.

7-10 years AP experience (outsourcing/BPO preferred).

Knowledge of US GAAP/UK GAAP/IFRS.

Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Xero, etc.).

Strong Excel and communication skills.

Accuracy rate

On-time payments

Query resolution time.
