Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP

Prepare and analyze Cash Flow and Fund Flow statements

Lead the Finalization of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet

Handle Depreciation Accounting and ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

Generate and interpret MIS Reports with actionable insights

Work extensively with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards)

Use AI models and tools to generate financial reports and enhance data-driven decision-making

Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance

Perform variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or higher (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred)

45 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a corporate or listed company environment

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen

Proficient in Tally, Excel, and familiarity with AI tools for reporting and analysis
