Job Description

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Candidate Eligibility

  • Experience:1–3 years of hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Candidates with relevant practical accounting experience will be given preference.
  • Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Tally and MS Excel (mandatory).

- Hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.

- Experience in Bank Reconciliation (BRS).

- Experience in preparing and filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and TDS returns.

- Experience in payroll processing and routine statutory activities such as EPF and ESI.

- Experience in coordinating with auditors by providing accounting records and supporting documents.

  • Preferred Background:

- CA Inter candidates and candidates with experience in CA firms (Article Assistants) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally.
  • Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
  • Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B).
  • Deduct TDS, process timely payments, and file quarterly TDS returns.
  • Process monthly payroll and maintain related records.
  • Handle routine statutory activities, including EPF and ESI.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with auditors by providing required financial records and information.
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly accounting activities. 

Skills
  • Proficient in Tally and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory requirements.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
