Designation: Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: General Manager – Finance

Role Objective
To support finance operations by ensuring accurate accounting, timely reconciliations, statutory compliance, audit readiness, payroll processing support, and assistance in financial statements and MIS reporting across a multi store environment.

Key Responsibilities
Processing and posting of Journal Entries, Invoices, and Payment Entries across AP, AR, FA, GL, and Bank modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 – Finance & Operations).
Ensuring accurate accounting, proper documentation, and compliance with internal SOPs and accounting policies.
Preparation and reconciliation of Sales vs Collections across stores, payment gateways, and bank receipts.
Preparation and review of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and timely resolution of reconciling items.
Accounting and reconciliation of Inter-unit / Branch transactions and balance confirmations.
Preparation of audit deliverables and coordination with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
Assisting in preparation of Financial Statements, schedules, and supporting workings.
Handling Related Party accounting and assisting in preparation of Related Party Disclosures as per applicable standards.
Ensuring statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other applicable indirect and direct tax requirements.
Assisting in payroll processing, payroll accounting entries, reconciliations, and coordination with HR/payroll vendors.
Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities including provisions, accruals, and adjustments.
Assisting in MIS reporting, variance analysis, and management dashboards with accurate and timely data.

Qualifications
• CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance)/B com/MCom – Preferred

Experience
• 3–6 years of experience in accounting / finance operations
• Exposure to retail or multi-branch environment preferred
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage

• Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Payroll processing and accounting exposure
• Audit coordination experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
