Role Description

This full-time Senior Accountant role is based on-site in Ahmedabad. The Senior Accountant will manage accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, managing tax filings, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and performing financial analysis to support decision-making. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and provide insights for strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management
• Proficiency in tools and software such as ERP systems, spreadsheets, and accounting software
• Experience in auditing, tax filing, and gst regulatory compliance
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to provide financial insights and risk assessments
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA certification preferred
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage
