Job Title: Record to Report (RTR) Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced RTR Specialist to manage end-to-end Record to Report activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with month-end close, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activities
- Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, provisions, reclassifications)
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Coordinate with onshore and cross-functional teams
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 25 years of experience in RTR / General Ledger accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS preferred)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in night shift and meet tight deadlines
