Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Senior Accountant who will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving accurate reporting. This role requires strong expertise in month-end closures, financial analysis, and budgeting, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in the annual audit process, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
- Monitor and analyze expense variances, providing actionable insights to management
- Manage and improve billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- CPA / CA (preferred but not mandatory)
