Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce. CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred..
- Strong accounting and finance skills, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in taxation and compliance, with experience in GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and regulatory filings.
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management.
- Comfort with audit coordination, internal controls, and compliance with ROC regulations.
- Ability to use accounting and ERP software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a senior accounting or similar role, preferably in financial services or consulting environments.
