Senior Analyst – Accounting (R2R / GL / Financial Close)

Experience: 4–5 years

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst who will independently manage key areas of the financial close cycle and support global reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end month-end close deliverables.
• Review journal entries prepared by Analysts.
• Prepare P&L and Balance Sheet schedules with variance explanations.
• Drive balance sheet reconciliation quality.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS / US GAAP and internal controls.
• Coordinate with regional Controllers for global close.
• Support audits through documentation and schedules.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred.
• 4–5 years in GL, R2R, and month-end accounting in a Global Set up.
• Good understanding of IFRS / US GAAP.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• ERP experience (SAP / Oracle) preferred.
