The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, taking care of compliances and conducting cyclical audits aaprt from day-to-day accounting tasks. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books
- Client interaction in commercial vertical
- Preparation of financial statements
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Bank, Ledger and Tax reconciliations
- Tax & other compliance filings
- Balance Sheet Preparation
- Cost negotiations
- Audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience of working in Zoho Books and Zoho Expenses
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Experience of having worked in CA firm will be preferred
- Hand on experience of Balance sheet preparation, GST, TDS & Income Tax Filing
- Experience of managing compliances like PF, ESI, Professional Tax
- Experience of having participated in internal audits
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluency in English written & spoken communication
