Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, and compliance with statutory requirements. Responsibilities include preparing management and board reports, daily cash flow monitoring, annual budgeting, and coordinating with external auditors and advisors. The role also involves supporting external audits and managing project-specific financial tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Bookkeeping, Payroll Processing, and Financial Reporting
• 1-5 years of Experience in a CA Firm is Mandatory.
• Knowledge of Statutory Compliance and Audit Processes
• Familiarity with Governance, Secretarial Duties, and advisory roles
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, Knowledge of Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, professional certifications
