Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Accountant - Real Estate role located in Bengaluru at Sammy's Dreamland Co. Pvt. Ltd. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations
• Finalisation of accounts, preparation of Balance Sheet and P&L
• GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and return filing
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports (MIS, cash flow, budgeting)
• Handle statutory audits and coordination with CA firms
• Oversee real estate project accounting – including WIP, RERA compliance, and cost control
• Maintain and monitor all financial transactions in Tally/ERP
• Bank reconciliation, vendor payments, receivables, and internal controls
• Liaise with financial institutions, auditors, and legal teams
• Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting to management

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or Equivalent Qualification
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a real estate company or auditing firm
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
• Proficient in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
