Role Description

This is an exciting full-time, on-site opportunity for a Senior Accountant specializing in real estate. The role is based in Pune and involves overseeing financial transactions, preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, tax compliance, and reconciling accounts. The Senior Accountant will also review financial data for accuracy, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders will be an integral part of the role to support organizational financial health.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial reporting, financial analysis, and maintaining general ledgers
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and planning
• Understanding of tax regulations, compliance, and audits
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage)
• Experience in the real estate industry or related sectors is a significant plus.
