Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Vadodara. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial transactions, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling financial records, overseeing audits, and supporting decision-making through financial reporting and analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxation, and Budgeting
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliation
• Strong skills in Audit Processes and Compliance with regulatory standards
• Working knowledge of Accounting Software and Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for financial analysis
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA certification is an advantage)
• Prior experience in a logistics or transportation-related financial role is a plus
