We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong expertise in Odoo ERP to manage end-to-end accounting, streamline financial processes, and ensure compliance across multiple retail outlets and head office operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Financial Management

• Handle complete books of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Bank, Cash)
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
• Manage branch accounting & consolidation
• Ensure timely reconciliation (bank, vendor, customer)
• Monitor cash flow & working capital

2. Odoo ERP Management

• Lead Odoo accounting module operations
• Ensure accurate data flow between sales, inventory & accounts
• Customize workflows for billing, collections, and reporting
• Coordinate with developers/vendors for Odoo improvements
• Train team members on Odoo usage & best practices

3. Compliance & Taxation

• Manage GST (returns, reconciliation, RCM, input credit)
• Handle TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
• Liaise with CA, auditors, and consultants
• Ensure proper documentation & audit readiness

4. Reporting & MIS

• Prepare monthly MIS reports
• Provide insights on sales, margins, and expenses
• Track outstanding receivables & payables
• Support management in decision-making

5. Team Management

• Supervise junior accountants / interns
• Allocate and review daily accounting work
• Improve process efficiency and controls

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Odoo ERP (must-have)
• Proficiency in GST, TDS, and compliance
• Good knowledge of Excel & financial reporting
• Experience in multi-branch accounting
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)
• Experience in distribution or retail business
• Exposure to inventory-heavy businesses
