Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Accountant to support and scale our internal finance operations. The role covers day-to-day accounting, month-end close, MIS preparation, and compliance support. We are specifically looking for someone with an automation-first mindset, who can build efficient processes and reduce manual work.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books
- Execute Month-end close (accruals, reconciliation, schedules)
- Prepare monthly MIS (P&L and basic variance analysis)
- Support GST, TDS, and compliance workings (with external consultants)
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation
Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Strong understanding of month-end close and reconciliation
- Working knowledge of GST and taxation
- Experience with accounting tools (Zoho Books/Tally/Similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling
- High ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving approach
