Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing expert advice and unmatched customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, showing properties to clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. Collaboration with clients to meet their real estate needs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market will be essential.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
- Proven Sales expertise with a focus on customer relationship building and negotiation skills.
