Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage payroll processes, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling accounts finalization and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilty

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations

Finalization of accounts (monthly, quarterly, annual)

Preparation of financial statements, Balance Sheet & P&L

GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance and return filings

Handle ROC and other statutory compliance requirements

Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring

Preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and bankers

Monitor receivables, payables, and vendor payments

Ensure strong internal financial controls

Payroll & Compliance Responsibilities

Oversee payroll processing and statutory deductions

Handle PF & ESI compliance including return filing and challans

Reconcile PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory ledgers

Prepare and review employee salary structures and CTC break-ups

Ensure accurate Gross-to-Net salary calculation

Assist in handling statutory notices, if any

Required Skills & Qualitions

B.Com / M.Com (Accounting/Finance)

47 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation

Hands-on experience in Tally / accounting software

Advanced MS Excel skills

Experience in finalization of accounts

Sound knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll compliance & salary structuring

Strong analytical and leadership abilities
