Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial reporting, general ledger management, budget preparation, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities will include reconciling accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll administration, and preparing financial statements. The role also involves analyzing financial data to provide strategic insights, overseeing audits, and ensuring timely tax filings.

• Strong technical accounting skills, including financial reporting, general ledger management, and budget preparation.
• Proficiency in accounting software, financial data analysis, and MS Excel.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance, tax regulations, and audit processes.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
