Title:
Senior Accountant
Support financial planning, reporting, and analysis with strong focus on execution, accuracy, and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports (actuals vs budget vs forecast)
- Perform variance analysis and highlight key drivers
- Support annual budget and periodic forecast cycles
- Maintain and update financial models and templates
- Track KPIs and operational metrics
- Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation across systems (e.g., ERP, dashboards)
- Support business teams with basic financial insights
- Assist in cost tracking and chargeability analysis
Skills & Expectations
- Strong Excel / basic BI tools (Power BI, etc.)
- Good understanding of financial statements
- Attention to detail and adherence to timelines
- Ability to follow defined processes
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as CA Inter, CMA Inter, , or MBA (Finance) is preferred
Experience
- 7-12 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, or Finance Operations
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Experience supporting business stakeholders with financial analysis and insights is preferred
