Senior Accountant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Pune Division. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, supporting audits, and collaborating with internal teams to improve financial processes. Other responsibilities include managing budgeting and forecasting tasks, handling reconciliations, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Strong knowledge of advanced accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, and proficiency in SAP solutions
• Ability to manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management tasks
• Experience in financial close processes, consolidations, and reporting procedures
• Proficiency in financial analytics and business intelligence tools
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or CA certification is preferred
• Previous experience within a consulting environment is a plus
