Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Senior Accountant to join our team in Kolkata. This is an on-site role that involves managing financial statements, budgets, and ledger accounts, as well as ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The Senior Accountant will also oversee payroll management, prepare tax returns, and assist with financial audits. Additional responsibilities include forecasting financial performance, creating reports for management, and improving internal financial processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Expertise in preparation of financial statements, tax compliance, and ledger maintenance
• Expertise in Auditing , GST Compliances and ROC filling related work
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, alongside Excel and other MS Office applications
• Analytical skills and attention to detail for financial forecasting and budgeting
• Ability to manage payroll processes and oversee cost management strategies
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance guidelines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA certification preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills with demonstrated leadership ability
