Roles and Responsibilities:Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills to manage financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and payroll. The Accounts Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial health and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee daily financial operations and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and implement financial policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Generate financial reports and provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Compliance:
- Create and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Perform financial forecasting, risk analysis, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
- Accounts Payable, Receivable & Taxation:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
- Handle tax planning, compliance, and timely tax filings Indian and US
- Monitor financial transactions to prevent discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Payroll & Expense Management US and Indian
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely salary disbursements and reimbursements.
- Ensure adherence to USA payroll regulations.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with internal departments to support business operations.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
- Communicate with clients to ensure smooth financial transaction
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5+years in accounting/finance roles. Experience in IT services or consulting is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, SAP, and Tally,Excel,US and Indian Accountancy
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
