Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally (with GST) and BUSY software
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and journal entries
- Handle GST returns, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Perform bank reconciliation, cash flow tracking, and account monitoring
- Maintain accurate purchase, sales, and ledger records
- Process payroll, salaries, and employee reimbursements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports & final accounts
- Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and government regulations
- Provide regular financial updates and reports to the owner/management
- Manage manufacturing accounts, costing, and inventory/stock records
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external agencies
