Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations own the end-to-end processes (take-charge attitude).
- Manage general ledger functions, including month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare utilisation reports & MIS for the NGO clients, resolving any discrepancies.
- Assist with financial audits and assist with internal and external audits as needed.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow in their roles.
