Location: Mumbai

Role: Senior Accountant (Restaurant / F&B Industry)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in the Restaurant and Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments.
• Monitor daily sales reports, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle GST, TDS, TCS and other statutory compliances.
• Manage restaurant inventory accounting, food and beverage costing, and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements, MIS reports, and financial summaries.
• Monitor operational expenses, purchase bills, and cost control.
• Coordinate with restaurant operations, purchase, and management teams.
• Ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience.
• Prior experience in the Restaurant / Hospitality / F&B industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho or similar.
• Good understanding of restaurant sales, inventory, food costing and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
