Senior Accountant

Position: Senior Accountant (Indian Taxation and Private Company Laws)

Mandatory requirements:

• Package: 55k per month in hand
• 10 hours of work per day, 6 days a week
• Mobile phones are not permitted
• Residence within 20mins Elasto Rithala office

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of Indian taxation and private company laws. You will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of Elasto Textiles Pvt. Ltd. and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of all tax-related documents, including income tax returns, GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.

2. Private Company Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant company laws, including the Companies Act, Corporate Governance guidelines, and other applicable regulations.

3. Accounting and Bookkeeping: Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense management.

4. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements.

5. Liaison with Tax Authorities and Professionals: Collaborate with external tax advisors, consultants, and legal professionals as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements and managing financial audits.

3. Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.

4. Professional English communication skills.
