Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, including preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Additionally, the role includes managing tax reporting and filing, assisting in financial forecasting, and providing support during audits.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management
- Experience with tax compliance, filing, and regulatory requirements
- Strong skills in financial analysis and budgeting
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CA or CPA are highly desirable
- Prior experience in the construction industry is considered beneficial
