Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Kolkata. The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial tasks such as bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, filing taxes, ROC filings and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of taxation, GST, and ROC regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in managing accounts for SMEs or startups is an added advantage
