Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Kolkata. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, and assisting with audits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, and a solid understanding of accounting principles
• Strong skills in financial statement preparation and financial analysis
• Experience in budgeting, payroll management, and account reconciliation
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
