Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Vadodara. The Senior Accountant will manage and oversee daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and prepare accurate financial reports. Responsibilities also include budgeting, financial analysis, taxation, coordinating audits, and optimizing financial policies and procedures. The role calls for collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective financial management and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
- Experience in Taxation, Audit Coordination, and Compliance with Financial Regulations
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines
- Chartered Accountant qualification or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Prior experience in logistics, manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred
