Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial reporting, preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Other key responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes, assisting with audits, coordinating tax submissions, and mentoring junior accounting staff when required. The role also involves working closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, policies, and standards
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
• Skilled in financial data analysis and preparation of reports
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP Hana, Fusion), ERP systems, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent certification is preferred
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven experience in similar industries, preferably in supply chain management, EV-as-a-Service (EaaS) and 3PL Hyperlocal & Q-Commerce Solutions
