Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Professional to join our growing team at Bull Agritech. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial compliance, ERP accounting activities, and reconciliation processes across multiple collection centers and warehouses.

The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agri-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collect daily financial and operational data from field staff and warehouses. 

Verify and enter data accurately into the ERP system. 

Handle ERP accounting activities, including: 

  • Billing 
  • Purchase entries 
  • Sales entries 
  • Expense accounting 
  • Journal entries 
  • TDS & TCS provisions 
  • Track daily cash expenses and create vouchers as per legal and accounting regulations. 
  • Process weekly/monthly vendor payments, employee salaries, and TA/DA reimbursements. 
  • Reconcile purchase data with GST Portal and monitor GST Input Credit. 
  • Coordinate and remind parties for GST payments after reconciliation and GST credit verification. 
  • Monitor and track expenses across all centers and identify financial irregularities. 
  • Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and ERP records. 
  • Monitor farmer payments and ensure there are no errors such as: 
  • Failed payments 
  • Duplicate payments 
  • Incorrect settlements 
  • Maintain proper records of loan documentation and legal/compliance documents. 
  • Conduct audits of collection centers and warehouses. 
  • Ensure timely filing of:  GSTR-1 & GSTR-2B 
  • Support management with reports, MIS, and financial analysis whenever required. 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance. 
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills. 
  • Thorough understanding of accounting and financial operations. 
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial software. 
  • Knowledge of:  GST, TDS/TCS, Bank reconciliation, Financial compliance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 

Preferred Skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Strong communication and coordination skills. 
  • Problem-solving mindset. 
  • Ability to work in a startup and fast-growing environment. 
  • Experience in agri-business or warehouse accounting will be an added advantage. 

Compensation Range- 4-7 LPA
