Accounting & Reporting Operations

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations end-to-end.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
• Maintain and oversee General Ledger integrity.
• Provide financial insights and variance analysis.

Management Reporting & Leadership

• Assist in preparing Board Packs and Management Reports.
• Supervise and guide junior team members.
• Coordinate with international stakeholders.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Drive process improvements and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills Required
Qualifications

• CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Strong experience in month-end close processes and reconciliations.

Skills

• High proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with international clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and deadline management abilities.
