• Manage day-to-day accounting including entries, reconciliations, and monthly book closure.
• Handle GST compliance: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2B, credit notes, returns, and audits.
• Manage Income Tax & TDS: computation, deposits, return filings (24Q, 26Q), advance tax, and handling notices.
• Reconcile D2C sales data from website, marketplaces, and payment gateways including refunds, returns, and discounts.
• Oversee vendor payments, expense accounting, and employee reimbursements with proper tax treatment.
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and tax summary reports for management.
• Coordinate statutory, GST, and tax audits and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company financial SOPs.
• Work closely with operations, HR, and external consultants to ensure smooth financial processes.
