Senior Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Accountant role, based on-site in Varkala. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing complex reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and coordinating the budgeting process. Daily tasks include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, conducting reconciliations, analyzing financial data, and advising on financial strategy to support the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Competence in Regulatory Compliance, Auditing, and Financial Analysis
• Proficiency with Accounting Software, ERP Systems, and Data Analysis Tools
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
• Proven experience in managing accounting operations in a professional setting
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the hospitality or resort industry is a plus
